I , along with my wife Breezy have lived in Lake county for 37 years. We moved here from Gainesville in 1980. We've traveled to all of the Gator football games home and away for over 30 years. After spending over 20 years in the boat business in Gainesville and Mt. Dora, I became a Realtor in 1987 serving all of Central Fl, mostly Lake county and New Smyrna Beach.., Breezy and I have always been multi- million dollar producers. I ran Harbor Hills Country Club Real estate for 12 years, over seeing all facets of real estate development , including over seeing 3 custom high end builders. I also worked on the, development process required for a DRI, development of regional impact studies that was necessary to develope a 1600 acre track of land.
